Refund & Return Policy
1. Conditions for Returns
- Defective Goods:
- Eligible for return within 12 months of ownership transfer if a quality issue is confirmed.
- Shipping damage must be reported with evidence (e.g., photos/videos) on the delivery day.

- Non-Defective Returns:
- Items must be in new condition (unopened, tags/packaging intact) with a return request submitted within 7 days of delivery.
- Original order number and reason for return required.
- Exceptions:
- No returns for customized goods, unsealed media/software, or services already initiated.

2. Return Process
Submit Request:
- File a return request via the platform’s “After-Sales Service” or contact customer support with order details and issue description.
- For quality issues, include a defect explanation and occurrence time.
Receive Return Authorization: - Upon approval, a return address will be provided.
Ship the Goods: - Use a trackable shipping method and retain the proof of delivery.
- Package items securely to avoid transit damage (we are not liable for secondary damage).
Inspection & Refund: - Inspection will be completed within 5 business days of receipt.
- If eligible, refunds will be issued within 21 days via the original payment method (processing fees* may apply).
3. Refund Methods
- Original Payment Method:
- Credit/Debit Card: 3-10 business days.
- Alipay/WeChat Pay: 1-3 business days.
- Exceptions:
- If the original method is unavailable, refunds may be issued to via bank transfer (account details required).
4. Shipping Costs
- Defects/Shipping Damage:
- Return shipping costs covered by us.
- Non-Defective Returns:
- Return shipping costs borne by the customer.
