  • Pricing Transparency:
    • Display FOB base prices on the platform, with integrated freight estimation tools (linked to Ningbo/Shanghai port logistics partners).
    • Bulk discounts offered (e.g., 3%-5% discount for orders ≥500 units).

2. Delivery & Logistics

  • Production Lead Time:
    • Existing products: 30-35 days (expedited service available at 20 days with 10% rush fee).
    • New product development: 45-90 days (varies by product complexity).
  • Warehousing & Shipping:
    • All products support direct warehouse fulfillment (CDC/RDC). Domestic orders in China: 5-7 days delivery; international orders: 15-20 days (DDP terms optional).

3. Customer Service

  • Sample Policy:
    • Free samples (clients cover shipping fees), shipped within 3 business days.
  • Warranty & Claims:
  • Global unified warranty: Standard Coverage: Minimum 1 year or 20,000 kilometers (whichever comes first), ABS Sensors: Up to 3 years or 100,000 kilometers (whichever comes first), Brake Pads: Up to 30,000 kilometers.
